Learn to Play LTP runs two sessions: Fall (September-October) and Winter (January-February).

IYHL runs a Learn To Play (LTP) program for all youth skaters new to the sport of hockey. LTP is for ages 4 and up and all skill levels are welcome. All skaters are required to complete LTP prior to joining the IYHL teams.

LTP consists of 8 sessions during which skaters learn the fundamentals of skating, stick handling, and puck work. 

The cost of the LTP program is $68. 

Skaters must have a full set of hockey gear to participate (see details in the attached guide).
